JIT CNC Machining is a precision CNC machine shop established in 1996. We have a manufacturing location in Ocala, FL – known as JIT South. Our Florida facility opened February 2015 and our plant is 25,000 plus square feet and fully air-conditioned.
We offer the following services:
- CNC Turning with Live Tooling – Maximum Machining Diameter is 98”
- CNC Milling – XYZ Travel is 69” x 25” x 26”
- Waterjet Cutting
- Prototypes thru Large Production Runs of 50,000 Pieces
Our Lathes are equipped with bar feeders for higher volume production as well as we utilize a broad mix of chucking jaws to hold individual pieces on lower volume runs.
We regularly work in aerospace and aircraft alloy materials such as titanium, inconel, and hastelloy as well as stainless steel, steel, brass, aluminum, copper, and teflon.
