We are able to turn parts from 1” diameter all the way up to 98” diameter on our largest Mazak Lathe. Our Lathes are equipped with bar feeders and live tooling for higher volume production runs up to 50,000 pieces. We also utilize a broad mix of chucking jaws to hold individual parts on lower volume runs.
One of our Flow Waterjet machines is 3D (4-axis) equipped with a dynamic head that tilts up to 60 degrees as needed, to allow for faster, more efficient cutting. Waterjet cutting is excellent for pre-machining. We can provide “one-off” pieces to large volume production orders.
Our CNC Mills allow us to perform multiple milling and drilling operations in one-set-up. We can set-up and program small to medium size runs quickly and efficiently. Our biggest mill has a XYZ Travel of 69” x 25” x 26”.
Our Mazak Turn/Mill machines allow us to machine complex parts in one set-up without the need for additional fixturing, handling, and secondary operations. This makes us more efficient and competitive.
